This is the final week to book at the early booking rate for Slide & OTS Winter, so if you are thinking about exhibiting, it makes sense to confirm your place this week, before prices rise.
85 companies have so far signed up to exhibit at Slide & OTS Winter, in an enlarged show from last January.
The show takes place a week earlier than previously, from 10-12 January 2023 in Telford, with a bigger show area to accommodate additional exhibitors.
In the last week, Reima, Mervin Manufacturing, 686, Dakine, Volcom and Electric have all joined the prestigious exhibitor list, which can be viewed here.
The increased floor area means that a range of stand sizes and attractive stand locations are still available but the best prices are only available until this Friday, 14th October, so it’s well worth booking before that early booking deadline.
Floorplan
The central area of the show has a height limit of 1.5 metres, shaded green on the floorplan, but stands can be full height elsewhere in the show. An up to date copy of the floorplan, showing confirmed exhibitors, can be viewed on this page.
Stand Costs
At just £82 per m2 (space only) for members of SIGB or OIA (just £1 more than the 2022 show), this is one of the most cost-effective shows in the country – but these great prices are only available until Friday 14th October.
Stand Types
Exhibitors can either book space only and bring/build their own rails/stand/displays or can book a pre-built shell scheme which includes walls, power socket and lights.
In a change from previous years and in a move towards sustainability, carpet will not be supplied on either space only or shell scheme stands.
There are 3 different options for pre-built shell scheme stands:
• lightweight foamex panel walls of 2.4m with fascia
• solid wood with walls of 1.5m or
• solid wood with walls of 3m.
